Ramy Zaki brings 25+ years of recruiting and hiring experience across his career. His search experience spans manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, maintenance, human resources, finance, and executive leadership.
Ramy brings prior executive recruiting experience alongside a background in talent and operations. His career also includes hiring, coaching, and team leadership at Wells Fargo. That firsthand management experience informs how he discusses leadership expectations, team development, and practical fit.
His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA from American InterContinental University.
