3. No candidate fee for employer-sponsored recruiting
Job seekers are not charged to submit a resume or to be considered, referred, represented, interviewed, or hired for an employer-sponsored search. Recruiting fees are governed by separate agreements with employers.
4. Career Solutions
Career Solutions services are separate, optional professional services. They do not provide access to jobs, guarantee employment, or create preferential treatment within employer-sponsored recruiting. Scope, fees, payment terms, deliverables, and other obligations are governed by a separate written agreement.
