1. Who we are
OMG! Staffing is operated by OMG! Everything, LLC. We provide executive search, permanent direct-hire recruitment, and separate optional Career Solutions services. References to “OMG! Staffing,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy refer to OMG! Everything, LLC operating under the OMG! Staffing brand.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, city and state, resume, professional and employment history, education, job-search criteria, location and relocation preferences, preferred work setting, compensation expectations when voluntarily provided, employer and hiring information, service interests, communications, email preferences, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, banking or payment-card information, government identification numbers, medical information, immigration documents, account passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information through our website forms or within a resume.
3. Notice at Collection and purposes of use
We collect the categories described above to respond to inquiries; evaluate professional backgrounds; consider individuals for appropriate current or future searches; communicate with candidates, employers, and clients; provide requested Career Solutions information or services; maintain business records; prevent misuse; protect the website; comply with legal obligations; and send optional updates when permission has been provided.
Submitting a resume is free. Employer-sponsored recruiting is separate from optional fee-based Career Solutions services. Marketing preferences are optional and do not affect recruiting consideration or access to services.
4. How information is collected
We may collect information directly from you through website forms, email, telephone calls, documents, meetings, and other communications; from employers or professional references when appropriate; from professional or publicly available sources such as LinkedIn; and automatically through limited technology required to operate and secure the website.
5. How information may be disclosed
Information may be disclosed to prospective employers when appropriate within the recruiting process; to service providers supporting website hosting, secure form delivery, email, document storage, security, transcription, or other business operations; to professional advisers; or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction. Service providers are permitted to use information only for the services they perform for us, subject to their applicable obligations.
We do not require candidates to purchase any product or service to be submitted, considered, referred, represented, interviewed, or hired for an employer-sponsored opportunity.
6. Sale and sharing of personal information
OMG! Staffing does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, this policy and any legally required choices or notices will be updated before the change applies.
7. Resume and business-record retention
Resume submissions and related communications are currently delivered to and retained within dedicated OMG! Staffing business mailboxes. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for recruiting consideration, active searches, requested services, relationship management, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business-record purposes. Retention depends on the nature of the information, the relationship, whether a search or service remains active, and applicable legal requirements. Marketing preferences are retained until you unsubscribe or the information is no longer needed. If an applicant-tracking system or materially different database is adopted, this policy will be updated as appropriate.
8. Optional email communications
Job alerts, recruiting updates, hiring insights, career resources, and Career Solutions updates require a separate optional choice. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not automatically remove a resume from recruiting consideration or prevent necessary communications about an active inquiry, search, or service.
9. Cookies, analytics, and external content
The website currently uses technology necessary for hosting, security, navigation, and secure form operation. We do not currently use third-party behavioral advertising or nonessential audience-tracking cookies. Pages may include links to or official embeds from external services such as LinkedIn; those services may process information under their own privacy policies when you interact with them. If we add analytics or other nonessential tracking technology, we will update this policy and provide any legally required notice or choice.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No website, email transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the designated submission methods and avoid sending information that is not necessary for the requested purpose.
11. Privacy choices and California rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or ask questions about how it is used or disclosed. California residents may have additional rights when the relevant law applies, including rights relating to access, correction, deletion, and information about collection and disclosure. We will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required.
12. Recording and transcription
If a call or meeting will be recorded or transcribed, OMG! Staffing will provide notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law before recording begins. Recordings and transcripts may be used to document discussions, prepare professional materials, support recruiting or Career Solutions work, and maintain accurate notes.
13. Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. Please do not submit information concerning a child through the website.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, technology, vendors, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest revision.
15. Contact
Privacy questions and requests may be submitted through our secure contact form or by telephone at (323) 905-2664.
